The Company provides major medical insurance through Aetna with 100% coverage of the premium.All employees will receive CareFirst Dental and Vision Plan Coverage.


Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Employee pre-tax contributions for out-of-pocket healthcare costs not covered by insurance.
The maximum allowed amount that an employee can contribute to the FSA is $2,600 in 2017.

Through a profit sharing program, the company will provide a match of employee contributions based on profitability. The goal is to match at least the first 6% of the employees pay

Employees will be able to contribute up to $18,000 for the year to their 401(k) account in 2017.
